Keep your skin Healthy

Everybody want to a healthy and happy life. Healthy skin also important for happy life. But we are busy from morning till evening. However for healthy skin you have to manage some time for it.
  • First of all you have to protect your skin from sun.Sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spot and some other skin problems as well as skin cancer .
  • Use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. When you are outside apply the sunscreen every 3 hours. Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. when the sun light are strongest.
  • Cover your skin with sufficient cloths like long sleeved shirt, long pant etc.
  • Smoking problem also may cause for damage skin. For smoking skin look so older.smoking narrows the tiny blood vessel in the layer of skin which decrease the bloodflow. If you smoke ,the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Ask your doctor for tips to help you stop smoking.
  • You can also make a mask for your skin. Milk , cucumber and lemon juice with flour mixed together. Apply this for 15 minutes and then wash it. You can use it after every 2 days.
  • Hot water also may decrease oil skin. Limit your bath or shower time and use warm rather than hot water.
  • Avoid strong type of soap. It is harmful for your skin. You can use face wash for regular cleaning.
  • If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits for your skin type. For regular use you can use moisturizer which is contain SPF.
  • Eat healthy and balance diet. A healthy diet can help you to look more beautiful. Eat plenty of fruit ,vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Vitamin C promote your younger looking skin.
  • Stress can make your skin sensitive and many other skin problem.
  • Last of all you should be drink more water. It can help remove your skin spot and can solve many skin problem.
